Check-in felt like it had too many unnecessary hoops to jump through, from upfront payment authorizations to the confusion around credit card processing. The pool area gets overcrowded on hot days, leaving you scrambling for space, and the dog policy is quite limiting, as pets aren’t allowed in many areas, which can be a letdown for furry companions. The placement of rooms can also be an issue.

Beautiful location, beautiful room. the two queen beds provided ample space for my family, and we enjoyed a lovely heated swimming pool, which my kids loved with the slide while still being a serene retreat for the adults.

I loved my stay! The views were amazing with a perfect lake view right from our room, especially during sunset. The spa facilities were a dream, and I indulged in the massage, leaving me feeling like a whole new person.
